Dear Parents/Guardians,
Kindergarten registration is open online.
For your convenience and safety, the kindergarten registration packet along with an explanation of our step-by-step process is available on our Kindergarten Registration Website: https://www.spackenkillschools.org/parents/online_registration/kindergarten
Upon completion of Step 1 of online registration (please refer to website), we will be requiring you to mail, email, or drop off the following documents:
- 2 - Proofs of residency
(Lease/Rental agreement, mortgage document, deed, a current tax bill, paystub, income tax form, affidavit from parent, voter registration documents, statement by third party landlord, or a utility bill or other bills)
- Documentation regarding age of child (Original stamped birth certificate or passport). Your child must be 5 years of age by December 1, 2022, to start kindergarten in the 2022-23 school year.
- Parent/guardian driver’s license
- Physical/immunization records dated after 9/6/2021
- Guardianship/Custodial Agreements, if applicable

To ensure that we allot enough spaces for kindergarten screening and kindergarten academy we ask that we receive all of the documents listed above prior to Friday, March 25. Please note, student registration is not complete and your child will not be enrolled until all requirements have been met.
