Dear Spackenkill Parents and Guardians,
As mentioned in a previous email, we are required to do a prescreening of students and staff who come into our buildings daily. For staff, we are currently using a Google Form to collect Wellness Screening data and will continue to use it for students who enter our buildings. However, we are likely to be moving to another platform in the short term and will notify you when we make that change.
If a student in your household is coming to school for orientation, parents will receive an email and/or text with a link to the Wellness Screening for each child. Please fill out and submit the screening before your child gets on a bus or arrives at school. Thank you for your cooperation.
